We found a little stream to cool off in.
We hiked the lower emerald pool trail. It an easy trail, about 1.2 miles roundtrip that takes you to a waterfall and pool. It was the middle of the summer, so there wasn't much of a pool, but there was a cool waterfall and some beautiful scenery. Although it was an easy trail, the kids got tired and hot and needed a little assistance... (that's Sara on Matt's shoulders)
