The last week of June we headed down to St. George to visit my sister Rachael, her husband Brent, and the cutest nephew ever, Tyler! Rachael had a "Dixie Direct" card that gives discounts to many area businesses and there happened to be several hotel discounts. With her help, we were able to stay at the Holiday Inn for 4 nights for the price of 2!! Sweet deal. The kids LOVED the hotel because there was a pool. We could have done nothing else in St. George except swim and they would have been perfectly happy with that. The first night we were there, Rachael and Tyler came over to the hotel to swim with us while Brent was at work. I had an inflatable swim-seat that I had used when the girls were babies that I brought for Tyler to try out. He wasn't too sure of things that first night... he didn't fuss in the water but he did look a little worried. Once he got used to the water he was kicking his legs like crazy and splashing his hands in the pool. My girls loved the pool at the hotel because it was indoor AND outdoor....there was this flap thing dividing it that they could swim under to go back and forth. Plus Sara had just gotten new goggles that she had been dying to try out.
